St. Mary’s Orthodox Church, Kallooppara situated on the banks of the river Manimala is one of the oldest and renowned churches of Malankara Sabha.  Rev. Fr. Cherian. P. Varghese was born as the son of Late Mr. Geevarghese and Late Mrs Mariamma, Parayanavattom, Thirumoolapuram, Thiruvalla in 1955. After his graduation he joined vaidika seminary and on May 25th 1981 he was ordained as priest. read more.. |

SENIOR BISHOP
 His Grace Geevarghese Mar Osthathios was born on 9th December 1918 in Mavelikara as the son of Munduvelil Kochitty and Mariamma Kochitty. He had done his B.D. from Jabalpur Lenard Theological College, M.A from Dru University, USA and S.T.M. from Union Seminary. read more. |
